Klahanie & Company Policies can be revised at any time. It is the responsibility of the client to check this site regularly for any policy changes and/or updates.
Refunds & Returns
- There are no refunds for Klahanie & Company labour, gas, or applicable taxes (ie - the time spent to do the errand).
- Any product purchased by Klahanie & Company on behalf of a client can be returned to the vendor for a refund (as per the vendor's return policies).
- If Klahanie & Company is hired to return the product, the client will be billed for the service at the applicable hourly rate, plus GST.
Purchases & Receipts
- Clients may be required to provide Klahanie & Company with an advance deposit to cover the cost of purchases (and services).
- Klahanie & Company will keep a copy of receipts for all purchases made on behalf of the client and provide the client with the original.
Unpaid Services
- Services not paid in a timely manner may result in the immediate cessation of all services and the immediate return of any purchases.
- Any unpaid services or products may be deducted from the client's deposit made to Klahanie & Company. Any balance beyond the deposit that is still owing is to be paid in full before service can resume.
- Service may resume to the client once all outstanding balances are paid in FULL.
- Klahanie & Company reserves the right to withdraw services to a client at any time and for any reason.
Expectations
- Clients are always expected to promptly reimburse Klahanie & Company for their service and purchases.
Errors & Omissions Excluded. Liability is limited to the amount paid for a service.
